Lent

Hey,
let's just pretend I gave up blogging for Lent, whether or not that was actually true.

Blah

So I think the longer story I wrote for one of my classes kicked me out of the habit of keeping things updated. Hopefully I can get back into that, soon.

Hmm

So in this post there are a couple of paragraphs that read kind of strangely, maybe because I am using the kind of short active sentences that work well in physical description, but aren't appropriate for this kind of topic. I wonder if more complex sentence structures work better for more abstract ideas, when you don't need to give the reader a break to construct mental images or allow for the passing of time. Instead, you develop a kind of flow, as if to say, "Wait! I haven't completed the thought yet."

Alternatively I am writing things too obvious to say.

I misspelled a word in the title of this post, and I should have linked to something about ordinals for the sake of people who don't know about them.

On the other hand, one reason for not going into ordinals in the original post was I didn't want to bother searching for a good link and copying it into the post.

I guess you could just use Google.

Also, I should probably know more physics than I do.

Introduction

I was posting too many excuses for failing to post at Kevin's little floating adventure, so I created a new blog Kevin's little blogging excuses to host these instead. But then I realized, what if circumstances prevent me from adding high enough quality content to the "little blogging excuses" site?

Thus, this blog, "Excuses, excuses", where I post excuses for not properly updating "little blogging excuses" frequently enough.
